Shihan Eddie Emin has an impressive 45 + years of experience and is respected world wide for his contribution, development and teaching of Kyokushin Karate in Australia.

He had the priviledge of personally training with and being graded by the founder and master of Kyokushin, the legendary Sosai Matsutatsu Oyama.

Featured in many articles in Australia's leading martial arts magazine 'Blitz' who describe him as

'The father of Kyokushin in Australia'

& awarded him the prestigeous

Blitz Hall of Fame Lifetime Tribute Award.

Shihan Eddie is one of only 4 people in the world who holds a 'Kyokushin International Grading Certificate' which literally means his gradings and belts are recognized all over the world, he is also asked regularly to participate in gradings in Japan.

As part of the largest karate organization in the world, with over 15 million members, you can train almost anywhere internationally with a personal introduction from Shihan Eddie to dojo's in many countries, and your grades will also be officially recognized and respected all over the world.

Furthermore a kyokushin black belt is the only black belt that is recognised by most other karate styles.

Shihan Eddie believes the traditional aspects and standards of kyokushin karate should always be maintained, respected and taught to his students.
